III International Festival of Puppet Theaters "Kuralai"
The staff of the theater returned from the III International Festival of Puppet Theaters "Kuralai", which was held in Astana from 25 to 29 June.
This festival has been held since 2015. It was attended by 13 creative teams from China, Peru, Turkey, Serbia, Estonia, Russia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.Kostanai Puppet Theater presented to the audience the performance "You, me and the puppeteer" based on the play by H. Yurkovsky and was awarded a diploma in the nomination "Best musical design of the performance". The composer of the musical design of the performance is the head of the musical part of the theater Andrei Korotchenko. In addition, the head of the theater M. Nurmukhambetov with the heads of theaters - participants of the festival concluded Memorandums aimed at strengthening mutual cooperation. The trip to the festival was very fruitful, memorable and became one of the brightest events in the life of the theater.
